My BJJ instructor trained with Ralph Gracie for a while before he went to BTT. He get me with this sweep ALL....THE....TIME!

Maybe Lockflow should have a "Been Hit with This" button too...

thatguy, if we did have a  "Been Hit with This" button - id be pressing it all the time!
