Leg Control against the seated position
this is another way to get leg control when you are starting from your knees. It is very very simple, but i figured i would post it anyways.
hook his heel
pop it up
start on your knees. place your front hand behind his heel. i like to pin his other foot too.
pop it up into the air and switch your hips up as you slide your far shin under his butt.
sit into leg control and bring his ankle deep under your armpit.
swing your top leg over to keep him from sitting up into you.
