Lockflow loves Erik Paulson. If you look up submissions in the dictionary, there is a picture of Erik giving the thumbs up. I'm a huge fan of leg attacks from the reverse mount, the toe hold is one of my normal go-to's, I'm going to have to play with the push/pull set up.
