On another note, I remember asking Nick during this session, what the essence of Ceasar Gracie Jiu-jitsu was.  His reply "Roll the F$*@ker into a tiny little ball and when something sticks out, you break it off!"  I think that his video kind of exemplifies that methodology.

I'm not sure.  This was the first time I've ever seen this iteration of the clip.  I think they snipped it out of a longer version from when we used to post our Cable TV Format on youtube.
