Marcos Avellan Shows The Rock N' Roll Escape

Ever get stuck on bottom side control?  Marcos Avellan shows how to escape from the over-under tie up on bottom side control with the Rock N' Roll Escape!

This week I'm showing the Rock N' Roll Escape!  This video is one of my favorite escapes from the sidecontrol
over-under pin. When I'm facing someone with a really strong pin and can't free either of my arms or turn to my side, this technique has proven very reliable for me as a last ditch technique.
