Step 4
I have my opponent in a side headlock. Keep his right elbow and head tight to your body. Distribute an ample amount of weight on his chest. Push with your left foot for added pressure.
With your left hand grab his right wrist. Drive his arm to your inner right knee.
Extend his right arm next to his right ear. Slide your hand down toward his elbow. Push your right knee against his elbow driving it into his right ear.
To finish tuck your opponent's chin to his own chest with your right arm. Set up on the toes of your left foot for added pressure and roll your back across his chest (from right rib to left rib).

Anyone here do this one? I have not done it before.
Ive never seen this one before but it looks interesting. It looks like it'd be harder to get that arm down to the mat like that. But anything is possible im sure. Im definitely going to practice it next time I grapple. I just wanna see if I can actually get this...

The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but controls himself in a fit of rage.

i've used this before, when ever i would use this it was just to make them waste energy trying to escape the hold. if you actually sink it in then thats cool too. hurts bad if you can keep their damn arm down also.
I'v never seen this before but it looks painfull!!!!
If you've been in one battle no matter what the out come of that battle you need not fear a hundred battles....
