North & South Escape Option: Soulder Crank
Just an option for this position. Takes some getting use to for timing.
I start with Joe controling me from the top position.
When I feel Joe losen his grip or I break the grip, I over hook his elbow, post on my left foot, and begin to kick my right leg through.
I kick my right leg through and bring my head up high behind his shoulder while controling his arm.
I push him to the mat with my shoulders and head as I block his hips from rolling over and escaping before I lock the arm.
Keeping control of his wrist and keeping his arm as close to a 90 degree angle, I torque his shoulder by lifting his hand up and pushing down with my left elbow.
