Prayer Choke from the Top Sprawl Position

Technique Description: Im in the top sprawl position on Billy. My right arm is in a underhook position

Technique Description: On the opposite side, I have a Overhook with my left arm

Technique Description: I take my underhook arm (right arm in this case) and place my hand outside Billy's left knee for the Knee tap

Technique Description: I drive to towards my underhook side. This forces Billy to post his left hand out to base, or get flipped to his back...

Technique Description: When Billy posts, I take the opportunity to reach my right arm deep uner Billy's neck...

Technique Description: another angle of me reaching my right arm under Billy's neck

Technique Description: I dive to the right as I quickly grip my hands together for the Prayer choke

Technique Description: I lock in the choke and squeeze to finish the submission

Nice, this works right into what we've been drilling all week- turtle chokes: brabo, anaconda, walsh, necktie, guillotine and now this one. Thanks.

Ill be sure and go over how NOT to do that one as well.
