dig the transition

my partners all have tight turtles so its hard to slip the hook...any suggestions??

Knee crushing their back ankle to get them to open up sometimes works for me.

also pulling the knee out can be helpful. post your knee on ankle and pull out the knee.... this is an awesome transition, and much tighter then the basic roll in my attacks. gonna add this to my game this week.
