Rolling Kneebar from a Russian 2-on-1

Here is something that my student Chuck Reina started doing from the Russian tie, and i think its pretty cool so im going to share it. Generally i dont like rolling kneebar's from no-gi because they are hard to do (but my student Mike Chesbro pulled one off recently in competition, so it is possible. see video here,) but with this entrance it seems to work more easily, because you are essentially guiding them through a basic forward roll. they have no way to post to stop the technique, so as long as your grip is strong its pretty strait forward.

• the grip

start with a Russian 2-on-1. make sure do drive into them to get some force pushed back into you.
• the switch

jump your top hand over to their armpit as you bring your front leg in between theirs. they will start to push you over when you make this switch so be ready to roll.
• the roll

reach your free hand deep between your leg and his. make sure you do not grab his leg, but rather hook his leg with your elbow. make sure to hook below his knee so to stop it from bending.
