Scott Sonnen was in Italy doing a seminar. Some footage of it showed up on Youtube and we like what we see. Watch it, and you will too! Props to youtube user lonewolf7896 for the video:

Coach Sonnon is up in Bellingham, WA and is really approachable for those that don't know. Huge resource. Currently involved a lot with "TacFit" with some of our local firefighters and paramedics.

His intu-flow stuff really helps my old joints and ailments. At first I was a bit taken aback but my firefighter buddy had me do the quick program each day and I gotta say, felt great.

The nation that makes a great distinction between its scholars and warriors will have its thinking done by cowards and its fighting done by fools.

Man.....very unconventional more catch wrestle style approaches to attacking the legs....but every single one looked like it hurt like shit!
