Sitdown Arm Lock

In this technique, Sitdown Arm Lock is demonstrated.
In a tie up.
Your opponent starts to drive you back. Post your feet frimly on the floor. Pull your opponent's head tightly against your body. Grip his right elbow with your left hand.
Extend your left leg and sit on your right hip. Keep both feet planted on the ground.
Left leg should be straight and your right leg bent with your foot near your groin area. (note: don't pull just go with his momentum)
As your opponent falls past your left side, rotate your hips, follow and straddle.
In the mount position pull his head up toward your chest. Pinch off his right wrist with your head and left shoulder. To Finish: apply pressure by pulling your left knee inward and your head and shoulders slightly outward.
