The North South Choke

Of all the chokes that I teach, the "North South" is by far the hardest for people to grasp. It's a combination of set-up, positioning, weight dispersement and squeeze. In this video, coach Alder of 10thPJJ shows us some tricks and details that might make choke one of your goto techniques.

Good breakdown, I've had the same issues with the north-south choke.  Will have to give this a go.
