A member sent me a link to a Omo plata video instructional that we have already featured here on Lockflow, but all was not lost - Check out this Omoplata entry video that was on the sidebar, me likey. (Yes, that was a sex in the city reference Sad )

Here you go:

"Ok, so what I want here is for him to be in the turtle position.
Here I give him my leg, putting it inside, so that he'll grab it.

From here I set up an inverted triangle. I have the option to lock in the triangle, but it's not actually what I want to do right now.

Next I lift and post up my left leg beside him, preparing to throw it over to the other side. As I throw my left leg over, notice I pivot my right leg on the knee in this way. Then I roll forward, improving my position to the omoplatta."
