I wonder how the Go Go Plata got it's name? Did someone hit this while watching some girls dance? I guess it really doesn't matter how it got it's name - the technique is bad ass. I remember watching Nick Diaz catch Gomi with it at a Pride MMA event. In this video Professor Todd demonstrates an inverted Go Go Plata transition from an arm bar for one of his students.
