A favorite technique of all ground and pounders, I won my 2nd Pro fight with this technique.

Step 1

Caleb is mounted on Seth

Step 2

Caleb begins punching at Seth's face forcing Seth to protect himself

Step 3

as Caleb punches with his left he covers Seth's left elbow with his right palm

Step 4

Caleb drops his chest weight over Seth's right arm trapping it across his chest

Step 5

Caleb reaches under Seth's neck with his right hand and grabs Seth's left wrist

Step 6

Caleb pulls the arm hard and steps up with his left foot then prepares to deliver full-power strikes.

They are brothers, It's hard to keep them from smacking eachother all the time, can't believe we made it through the shoot!

I think Chris Brennan calls this the "Who is your Daddy" hold on his DVD.

I love this hold.

The way I learned it though, you keep your hips a little more perpendicular to your opponents body (just like in mount), pinch your knees/thighs together, and sit your weight down to reduce the opponent's mobility.

Eh, in Step 4 you would have got bucked off or the would have gone out the backdoor.

But hell, if you can get it, crack some skulls.

in picture 6, if you have the oportunity whic the guy on the to has, i´d post on my left leg between his legt, that way youll lock him up even better and if the guy tryes to roll over giving away his back to avaoid the punshes, youll have one hook in there allready

So the rubber didn't go as planned. Oh well, it's only $30.
