The California Kid breaks down his famous choke that has won many fights himself and for Team Alpha Male.Urijah Faber just won his mixed martial fight this last weekend's UFC via Guillotine. It's was the California Kid's 6th win via the front choke, so we know his technique is legit. In this video of Urijah teaching a seminar, he breaks down the way he sets up the choke.

good stuff like the hop, is he doing his training on an indoor football or lacross field?
