V-1 set up from Mount
A variation of a set up for the V-1 arm lock that is pretty easy to get from the mount position. You'll need to be careful of getting rolled with your arm behind your opponents head.
I would like to thank FightFlesh for the workout shirt, I will be doing a product review on it soon.

I start in the mount position on Eddie
I put my right arm in between Eddie's left arm and head and reach it under his neck. - You are losing the right arm as a post so be ready to defend the roll if your opponent tries to reverse you.
Using my left hand, I push Eddie's right arm to the mat
With the hand that is behind Eddie's head (my right) I grab Eddies right wrist
I switch my left hand under Eddie's right arm and grab Eddie's right wrist
I step my right foot over Eddie's stomach to his right hip
I drop my right knee to the Mat
I sit out on my right hip
I reach my right hand into Eddie's right armpit
I pull Eddie's head into my chest as I pull his wrist out and away from his body to finish the submission

Nice Set-up. I like hitting this wristlock as a counter to a blocked americana
Sweet armlock. I love getting the V-1 aka Pillow V-1 since his head is on a pillow (your arm).

This was one of my 1st submissions, it was an accident, but it worked.

Interesting!!
Yea I have had this done to me before. Definitely a painful one. I've been playing with the wrist locks a lot lately. Easy to do, and very effective.

Nice! for extra pressure, hook the bent arm with your bottom leg then figure-four it and roll your hip towrd the head, then reach over and americana the other arm!

This is part of the first CSW lockflow. You set it up by trying a cross-body americana from side control. If it doesn't work, or your opponent counters by pulling it over his head, switch grips on his wrist, reach the arm he pulled over his head into his armpit, and tada!

I give up on this move, I just can't get it too work. Maybe my arms are too long (or weak) but I just can't get a tap.
Just got this in a flow drill today. This isn't supposed to be a wristlock is it? I think I might be able to get this on someone smaller but the initial snaking and locking of the wrist seems pretty complicated. Any tips on getting the wrist quickly?
