I love the North/South choke, aka the Six Shooter, aka the Wrestler's choke, aka the Snowman choke... Even though I lost a world title to this move (I'm not bitter). Here, Renzo Gracie student Stan Beck breaks down this choke and gives us some fine details of this awesome technique with a few variations that might just make this your favorite technique too.

I'm always setting this choke up and then I wind up cranking and making my training partners hate my guts because I can't finish. Thank you for helping me solve this problem.
