Kale underhooks his right arm under his partners left leg as he places his right foot over his left shin and spreads his knees apart for the X-Guard position.
Kale sits up and places his head on the other side of his partners left leg.
Kale reaches his left arm behind his partners left calf and pushes himself until Kale gets the rear hooks in.
Kale underhooks his right arm as he pulls himself behind his partner's right leg as his places his left foot over his own right shin assuming the X-Guard position on the other side.
Kale sits up and places his head on the other side of his partners right leg.
Kale reaches his left hand to the front of his partner and pushes on the front of his right shin and spins until he returns to the starting position.
