Harbinger 320 Bag Glove w/ Wrist-Wrap & Grip Bar
Quality: These gloves appear to be of a very high quality. They are double stitched on all seems and made of real leather.
Versatility: For bag work they are great....as far as sparring you would want more padding (unless you want to knock out your training partner). For grappling they won't work because the palm has a stitched in grip bar.
Price: Normally they retail for around $40, which I think is a fair price. I got the pair I have on sales for $29, which was a great deal.
Recommended (Y/N): Yes-highly recommended
Warning: Don't rely on the wrist wrap alone. You still need to tape/wrap your hands. I mad the mistake of using the glove alone and I paid the price with rolled wrist.....ouch.

Note that in most events they will make you cut out the grip bar. Not difficult and the gloves are still great quality either way.

Love it! thanks Norman. btw I have used these quite a bit for MMA training & fighting. My hands always get dyed black when I sweat alot - and man the dye is hard to get off!
LOL...yeah, I have that dye on my hands right now.....not too bad though. Use "LAVA" soap or just straight up Ajax and it's gone.
HATE.
Harbingers rock. Iv only had to replace them twice in 8 year. Great quality.

I have had these gloves for years...if you want to use them for grappling/ G&P do a little surgery on them and remove the rubber grip bar from one side and sew up the loose strings or burn the sring to fuse it to the glove..Worked for me..
1 downside is 'purple hand' syndrome from swass hands
