Lockflow loves leglocks. Look at the work L-O-C-K-F-L-O-W, it begins with a "L" just like "Leglocks" and L-O-C-K-F-L-O-W also has the work "Lock" in it. Coinsidence? I think not. Look at the upper left hand side of this page at our logo at guess what? It's a leglock. Whoa. Mind blown.

Back again with another "Short But Sweet" video for you.  In this video I demonstrate 47 leg lock techniques in just 4 minutes.

Even though it's a decent amount of techniques in this video, this is just the start of the leg lock game.  There are so many more options and set ups for leg lock.

Many people call leg lock "The Great Equalizer" because unfortunately many people don't really have strong leg lock games.  So if you learn even just a few of these movements it can step your game up a lot.

Yesterday I posted an article with a nice footlock on it, It appears this lock is used quite a bit Victor Estima. Victor himself has not posted a tutorial on it, but one of his training partners/ students (David Morcegao)  has. 

Monday's suck. However, hopefully these three moves which include an ankle lock, a takedown and a back attack from the boys at advantage MMA will help the day go by better. Serbia has a population of just over 7 million people. They are surrounded by different countries on each border. Im not sure what all this his to do with leg locks, or why this technique is called the 'Serbian Foot Lock', but who cares - it looks like it hurts. Give it a try and let us know what you think.
