Unconventional Sweep To Optional Reverse Grip Kimura

This is one of the best things I like about Lockflow. There is this grip that I have been working on and when I woke up this morning to do my morning Lockflow.com ritual, I found another slick option from this same grip by Dr. Sick. Oddly enough, I call this grip the 'Rev' grip, a shortened name for word reverse.

Dr. Sick does a great job of breaking down this reversal and also plugs a two day workshop, If your able to go, you should, as Brian also puts out class material.

A Nice Arm Trap Reversal That Leaves Your Opponent Helpless

I enjoy tapping out someone as much as the next guy. I have to admit though, I think sweeps and reversal are more fun. Maybe it's like hunting, I like the experience of hunting more than I like the kill.

I also like Total hold downs, a position where your opponent's limbs are so wrapped up that they can't move or defense themselves. I dont have any siblings, but I feel like the total hold down is the adults version of sitting on your little brother's chest and arms and poking them him the forehead with your finger.
