In this edition of Kurt Osiander's "Move Of The Week" he demonstrates a lapel spin choke, and also shows a nice follow up lapel choke for when your opponent blocks the spin choke attempt. 

In the process Kurt pokes his opponent in the eye, but I dont think he really cares.
