Tozi Pass

A guard pass from Roberto Tozi. Roberto Tozi is a Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt with an impressive resume, being a 5x Brazilian National Jiu Jitsu Champion and a former Silver World Medallist while also fighting in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Tozi is also famed for his strong guard pass from within closed guard, a technique he adapted from his Judo that became so popular in Jiu Jitsu that it is called today the “Tozi Pass” or the “Paulista Pass” as a reference to Roberto’s home town, São Paulo.
