Lyoto Machida Breaks Down His Signature Moves
Former UFC champion Lyoto Machida has the honor of having some of the most spectacular knockouts and finishes in the history of the Octagon.
I remember as a kid watching the movie "The Karate Kid", where Daniel won the martial arts tournament with his now famous Crane kick. I thought that was the coolest move ever, so I went and joined the nearest martial arts gym. It was the start of my Martial Arts journey.
I also remember watching Lyoto drop Randy Couture with the Crane kick at UFC 129, and you know what? Still the coolest move ever.
Enjoy this video from UFC Ultimate Insider where Lyoto Machida breaks down the moves that have made him so dominate in the UFC.

That was a really cool breakdown. It was nice to see all the different angles and the instances when Machida used the moves in the cage. Good stuff!

Yeah probably the same as the Ben Hendersson, not really vital, but still a bit interesting to watch if you ask me. They should make more of those and let people form other countrys see it!
