I didn't know that headbutts were legal in combat sambo, maybe one of our sambo experts here on the site can clarify that rule for us. Regardless, this is a pretty cool combat sambo highlight worth watching.

Lockflow loves videos of fighters training for fights. Now it's time to watch Michael Bisping train for his UFC matchup with Chael Sonnen. I'm not sure if spinning back kicks are the best thing to drill for a fight against a wrestler, but hey, we aren't the one's fighting Chael. 

The video below is a bit bland, maybe even worthy of some MSTK3 action, but it does a good job of explaining how the knee works and explaining the function of the meniscus, the cartilage that I tore.  In my case, I had what is called a "bucket handle tear," which is where the inner portion of the meniscus tears and then folds over itself, locking the joint in place.
