Are You Ready for Fight Football ?

I may loose some support from some of my Lockflow brethren by admitting this, but I have never been a fan of football. My father used to watch it all the time, and I would still to this day rather watch paint dry. However, If "Fight Football" was around - then it would have been a different story!

I don't think its safe to even have referees on the field.

I don't understand. But I loved the headbutt.

It's like rugby, soccer and basketball combined, with random violence. How does the ref know when to step in if things are getting to rough?

That's how I play football, soccer and basketball, never was one for following the rules of the games. If you take all the fouls and penalties out of the game and it becomes much more interesting to watch and play.

I met some people from the UK who started describing their strange island traditions, one game was played when they boarded up every window in town and a large ball, think large pumpkin, must be moved one mile, across a river and main street, to your own town, the sides were called uppers and lowers. Anyways football is like napoleonic war, where each side is give a proper chance, these games, including mma bjj grappling, are proper battles where one true victor emerges! But serisouly they have been playing this game for centuries in Britain and internationaly it is called rugby!

ps i punched someone in the balls, in a rugby match, because he kept scoring on us, then in relatliation he stomped on my head with his cleat! that was by far the dirtest shot i have ever took but I payed for it, believe you me, we also lost that match!

i don´t do cheap shots in Martial Arts because there is no good or bad, only better! Anyways i am piece of shit for doing that but still i had to do something right? I also tried to slide tackle someone once during rugby and thought i was going to be beat down by the entire team, those on the field, on the bench and in the bleechers! thank god the ref calmed them down!

Pretty Wild, It might be too much going for a spectator sport. maybe if they shrunk the field and reduced the number of players on each side it would be more viable.

I'm in the same boat Chaz. I think the reason is the Seahawks were boring as hell when we were growing up. Chuck Knox made sure the game was as boring as possible.

There was a movie in the 80's I think along these lines called "The Blood of Heroes" starring Rutger Hauer and Joan Chen. I remember it being pretty good..
