Interesting, I like his hand postition compared to most MMA guys, and I see a lot of people shifting their weight the way he mentioned.

Not trying to be a jerk but Fedor breaks his hand every other fight the way he throws punches. He may get some nice torque and power but I would be more apt to punch so I have longevity and not arthritis at age 35.
Just saying
He's still the man though, I wouldn't argue with him
