I didn't know that headbutts were legal in combat sambo, maybe one of our sambo experts here on the site can clarify that rule for us. Regardless, this is a pretty cool combat sambo highlight worth watching. Props to our friends over at PhuketTopTeam for letting us know about this video on twitter.
