Looks like that throw was just an excuse to get to the ground...my kind of Judo.
I don't think I could pass the tiangle but I'll have to give this one a try.
To me, Judo is like a ballet, except there's no music, no choreography, and the dancers knock each other down.

How awesome is this video? Well...I had the pleasure of a workout and dinner last night with Gary Goltz who is the current president of the US Judo Association. Halfway through dinner he passes his I-phone to me and asks if I've seen this vid...my response..."Yeah, I saw it on Lockflow."
