One of Best Performing Submissions (Avellan Vid)

This is one of the staple submissions of my brother and I that put us on the map.

The Heel Hook is a very dangerous submission because of the speed it can be applied with and the lack of muscle resistance the opponent has to resist the pressure.

I will show you how I have applied it in competition that allows me to get in very fast with a couple of details many people miss out on them.
