The Roll Back Sweep

Hey Lockflow'rs, Here is a sweep from the hook guard where you secure the arm drag position and you take away your opponent's base and flip them over your head using the hooking leg.

Neat sweep!  Question, where did you place your left hand/arm? Kind of hidden from cam.

I keep my forearm on his hip, some of my guys under hook the leg for better control as well. Thanks for the question.

Had some really good sucess with this today!

Few times i ended up rolling into his guard, but just need to drill it some more.  It was much easier to hit than I anticipated
