Setting Up The Suplex
The Suplex is one of the most beautiful throws someone can land in a match. I've been caught in the throw once from a 4 time state champion and it was a rough one, lol.
Here is a good video from Phuket Top Team and Pro fighter Andrew Leone showing a nice entry and beautiful technique.

This video is good, but this video by Shonie Carter is the best rear suplex video that I've been able to find:
Notice how Shonie explains how you want to have both of your feet inside both of your opponents feet for maximum lifting power and efficiency. THAT'S HUGE!!
good video anthony, thanks!
Don't let the leg inside thing fool you, although that's a great position...it's not the only way to toss this. There are a bunch of good setups and your legs don't have to be between his. When I hit these it's often from the side. If you're directly behind someone it's easy to reach between their legs, grab your lead leg, and stop your move. I prefer actually to hop to the outside and one leg inside/one out. If you're hitting your back arch, doesn't matter which why he's being tossed. He will still land on his upper shoulders/back of his head area. Same throw. If you're in a cage, it's tough to hit this from behind so you really do have to step out from behind. If you're still not in position to hit this (maybe he's leaning too far forward for you to get your hips under) then popping him into the air just a bit and resetting your position hleps too. When someone is already in the air it's difficult to stop you from adjusting. Sorry I should make a video of this...hard to explain for some reason.

Ya I totally agree with you. After I posted, I realized what I should have said was 'notice how Shonie steps in and keeps both of his own feet relatively close together for maximum lifting power', as opposed to just having both of your feet inside of your opponents.
I just noticed how in the other vid the guy was suplexing with his feet wayy apart in some of his attempts, which is just inefficient.
It's all about the hip pop baby! But yeah, that base can't be too wide. I'm with you there...
