I have to agree with Marshal. I really want to see Toney in a babtism of fire for his first fight. This guy scincerely thinks that MMA is a joke, so I would love to see him get taken down, body surfed and pounded on for an entire round before getting broken off or put to sleep by a submission. In short I want to see him embarrassed just for thinking that MMA is so easy. He has said that he wants to fight the best in MMA, so give him his wish and make him regret it. Make him regret underestimating our sport and simultaniously send a huge message to the boxing nut-huggers and MMA naysayers.
Keep up the good work guys, great show.

Stability ball drills, fun stuff, I use it for switching hips a lot.

There are a bunch of solo drills, but yeah nothing beats having a partner.
Since he does have a banana bag, he can use that for working on his hips for his guard, lock closed guard around and use it to throw the bag around. Get used to throwing it up and over a shoulder (in closed guard) so you can work on like your guillotine attacks (hip heist, kimura).
From the top on a bag you can work transitions if you drill them.
So there are some things, just not a lot without some arms and legs to work with heh.
