what is the secret rickson bridging technique that several of the interviewees spoke of? I feel like I can bridge very well. I bridge to escape all sorts of positions, but if rickson has refinements I'd definitely take them.

Most seminars do this, its not so much because its secret techniques, but he doesn't want one person going to a seminar, recording it, then sharing it with the world which could stop other people from coming since now they can see the whole thing and don't even have to be there, causing him to loose money.
It'd be equivalent to someone torrenting a program or movie or using limewire to download a bunch of songs.

We were only permitted to film at select times. We were allowed to film a portion of the introduction and then interviews with participants afterward.
No notes, pictures, or video were permitted to be taken during the seminar. It was pretty locked down.

no problem i had a period or something. So they let you film the seminar as well or just to make some interviews?
Also you guys are realy lucky to do that seminar.
hard sparring session is like a cold shower in a warm day. It feels good.
Great show guys, you guys talked about legends last week well both of these guys are true legends. It was great to see all the black and brown belts talking about how much Pedro and Rickson have ment to them and the things that make them stick out as great teachers.
