Skins: Hi-Tech Compression Wear
My company recently assisted Skins with a marketing camapign, and they thanked me by sending me a few pairs of their hi-tech rashguards/compression shorts to try out.
They claim users will see an approximate 10% increase in performance when wearing the gear while training, and an increase in recovery if worn after workouts, as the material helps remove lactic acid from the muscles.
After using them off and on for a few months now, I can attest to the fact that recovery does seem faster, although they're still not the most comfortable things to wear to bed.
They're expensive, and have typically been popular in cross country running and skiing, but NFL teams are now beginning to use them, and they've made the scene in MMA (Diego Sanchez, among others, have worn them in competition).
You can check them out at www.skins.net.
Happy Training....

Thanks for the review, they look good, a bit prcey though.
Did you notice any difference between them and other compression gear (underarmor, etc)?
Yeah, I think they're noticeably better than Underarmor, especially for recovery...
If they are much more expensive than walmart brand generic underarmour, Im screwed LOL.
