Mike Goldberg: "That's some wierd choke he's got there."
Joe Rogan: "That's a rear naked choke." :?
Very helpful and intricate video. I was under the impression that the liver was lower than that, so I've been aiming wrong this whole time. Thanks a lot for making this!

Bullfight critics ranked in rows
crowd the enormous plaza full.
But only one is there who knows
and he's the man who fights the bull.
diabolic,
You and me both. For the longest time I was going for "short/floating ribs" and was punching lower with little to no effect. The moment I learned where to access the liver, my body shot effectiveness jumped like 85 percent.
Then of course, once you've got someone's attention with it, all the other fun stuff starts to open up!
Happy Hunting!
Great Video Thanks!
Fantastic vid! I learned a lot from it.

I agree we need more anatomy related info. I also used to aim lower for the liver and apparently only landed it on accident on occasion. Now I'll have to re-focus on my accuracy with the liver shot. Thanks for the vid!!!
Walking through the striking section and found it, nice gem Brian! I like the nipple locator
.
I don't have to win every time, it doesn't bother me in the slightest to get tapped. So I'm able to learn the ins and outs without my ego getting in the way. - Eu
