great stuff. and soon as he started talking i thought about bruce lee. lee talked about the different elements of boxing in combat situations. there is also a shorin ryu karate hanshi named tadashi yamashita that breaks it down in the same way hopkins did.

if you cant beat them, arrange to have them beaten.
