Here is a short video covering a great technique for catching an opponents rib level Round Kicks. Also you will see a variety of techniques that can be used once you catch your opponents leg. Enjoy!

ive certainly hit the trip off of a caught round kick some going to click the 'hit' button too!

chaz the new 'hit' button is perfectly tapping into our natural pokemon-esque 'got-to-catch-em-all' obsessive compulsive disorders.

i could probably kill a lot of time just scrolling through techniques looking for ones i could click 'hit' on! i love it!
