Clinch Knee, 1-2, Left kick

Training your body to throw techniques in combinations is an important aspect of the fight game. Here is a nice combo putting together a knee strike, a few punches and a kick for the finish.

  • Step 1
  • Josh has Alex in the Clinch
  • Step 2
  • Josh throws a left knee to head or body of Alex, pulling Alex into the knee strike
  • Step 3
  • Josh uses his forearms to push Alex back, this creates space for Josh's follow up strikes, and hopefully disrupts Alex's balance
  • Step 4
  • Josh takes a slight step forward (for distance) and shoots out a jab at Alex
  • Step 5
  • Josh follows up with a right hand
  • Step 6
  • Depending on how much distance Josh feels that he needs to cover - he steps forward with his right foot
  • Step 7
  • Josh finishes by driving his left shin into the neck of Alex

sweet! he pwnd that doods face!

AWESOME!!!

I love watching fight applied techniques. Great clip. I think your student's opponent was finished by the time the knee touched him. The one + two + left kick were the whip cream and cherry on top.

nice moves bro

Awesome technique.. Great video krazy and scrappy.. I wonder who is yelling during the fight...LOL

Nice! I loved the clip at the end, and the new intros are sweet!
