The effectiveness of cutting your opponent with elbow strikes has been proven time and time again in MMA and Muay Thai matches. Here, Pro Fighter, Landon Showalter demonstrates a elbow strike option from the body lock.
Landon will be fighting next in Atlantic City March 16th, where he advanced to the second round of the Ring of Combat tournament.
