How to throw a Proper Long Knee

In this video we hit the Basics that will help you break bad habits & ensure you get maximum effectiveness out of your Long Knee's. We are covering the basic mechanics of the long knee along with how to properly shadow box with it and how to build good form while doing bag work. We have partners a lot of the time in training but when we are out of the gym we find ourself on the heavy bag alot and do not want to build bad habits that is why we chose to start off with learning the proper mechanics of these knee's while training solo. Always be sure to re-visit the basics no matter what level you are at! You will see in the video we stop and disccuss the do's and dont's once again to ensure you get maximum effectiveness!

Great video Shane, good coverage on a must have technique!

Thanks I thought this would be a great thing to cover since a lot of people of all levels some times tend to build a bad habit with this technique! Also I really wanted to send a reminder to those at the higher levels thats its great to re visit the basics. Doing so makes you that much better!
