MMA Submission and Striking Integration

Here is part of the second arm trapping series we work from the guard. Try to think of these techniques as neither striking or grappling oriented. The idea is to blend to two together. The striking aspects are part of the submission and the submission control is a means to more efficient and damaging striking.
We concentrated on the striking aspects at the camp since most people seem to be familiar with the submission side. Here we have shown how the same controls for submissions can be used for striking.
