Moving from Over/Under to Thai Clinch

If you like the Thai Clinch, here is an option when you are in the Over/Under Clinch and want to improve your position to the Thai Clinch

• Step 1

Josh and I are in the Over/Under or Wrestler's Clinch
• Step 2

I reach my left arm over Josh's back and hook the far side of Josh's neck
• Step 3

Stepping back with my left leg I pull Josh to my left
• Step 4

with the room created by the pull, I drop my left elbow in front of Josh's right shoulder
• Step 5

I pull out my right hand and lock in the Thai Clinch
• Step 6

Im now ready to start working my knee game
