Setting up the knee strike on the ground
If you are training with kicks and knees to the head of a downed opponent, or are lucky enough to have a fight where this rule set is allowed - here is a cool set up for kneeing your opponent in the head while in the top position!

I have the "Judo" position on Chris
I go to the "Headrest" position, trapping Chris's right arm
I raise up my left arm to punch Chris in the head. This move is actually a bait, as I am trying to get Chris to block the punch, if he doesn't block it - then I would just punch him - easy, huh?
Chris goes for the bait, and blocks my punching arm.
I shift my hips back to make room ....
... for my left knee to slide thru the top of Chris's right arm
I keep pushing my left knee to the mat to pin Chris's arm down.
Here is another angle of Step 7
You can switch the arm control by X'ing the right leg over the left and then pulling the left leg out, or by quickly swinging you right foot over.
I lift my left leg up, ready to knee Chris in the head!

Wow, love the way you baited his arm!!!
Just the facts maam.
Nice bait and switch approach. If knees to the head are illegal, you can just go to the high ribs, collar bone or sternum...Nasty.

Nice setup. Looks like a great way to get to the crucifix for punches and elbows too.

Yea, I decided to try out your cranium crusher today and it worked quite nicely. I went to step 7 cause I like that setup for the punches a lot and that bastard on bottom was still really squiggly so I thought "Didn't Chaz post something bout this position the other day?" So, I had to lay on him and contain his bucking and squirming while I tried to remember what it was... then the knees began to fly! I like it.
Just the facts maam.
I liked everything but the switch too many things can happen with that extra and also i don't really like northsouth cause even in the pros knees to the head are illegal and you had great control before the switch just drop some elbows which are almost always legal pro...
