So Far, our THD 3 Technique flow has gone from...

-Neck Crank
-Triangle
-Muscle Lock
So lets take it back to striking them again!

Here we are applying the Muscle lock to our opponent
But for whatever reason, he slips his arm out of our trap. (or maybe you let it go!)Now we are in the cross body position, with his right arm pinned by our left leg. (position your ankle over his elbow/forearm, and keep your knee and instep pressed hard on the ground)
At this point, we will use our right arm to get the under hook, and put your hand on the side of your head and control his arm (at his tricep/arm pit) as tight as you possibly can.
From here, its most important that you keep your base, and all your weight is on your opponent.I will lean my left shoulder back while keeping my weight down and staying as tight as i can.(my weight distribution is similar to that of the Judo/Kesa Gatame position) Also please notice that i have my right leg sprawled back to help me keep the integrity of my base.
Bombs away!! If/when he starts to buck and bridge you have 3 posts, your Left knee, your Right Leg and your Left Hand. Try to keep that under hook with your right arm no matter what!

this is my favourite, period. i ALWAYS step over and trap the arm. from there you can drop dirty elbows and if they get their arm free to defend (whites left) WUBAM! keylock! (kenflo does it perfect when he fights kit cope)
