UFC 140 Open Workouts With Jon Jones, Machida, Tito & Frank Mir

The fighters for UFC 140 got in their last workouts before the media and we have the vids. Check out the workouts for Jon Jones, Lyoto Machida, Tito Ortiz and Frank Mir. UFC is this saturday at the Canada Centre, Toronto, Ontario, Canad.
