About Me

Just an average guy that has trained in martial arts most of my life. I have a few black belts in various styles of karate but am focused on kyokushinkai karate, now. I also have experience in muay thai being in the ring and coaching others to fight in the ring. I've played around with BJJ off and on for about a decade. I didn't learn what I know by watching youtube videos or anything like that neither, I actually trained under instructors to coach me. Videos are fine for a reference tool but you need a good instructor.
My competition days are probably over with due to an injury I sustained but I'll still train because it's who I am. If you base your training only for sporting competition then I truly believe you will miss the whole picture.
I'm not a fortune cookie prophet by any means but just have some experience in what I'm talking about to back up what I'm talking about
