About Me

When I was six years old I started studying Tae Kwon Do with Master H.K. Lee of the Eagle TKD Federation in Virginia. I served in the military and during my time there I began studying Muay Thai with some of my fellow soldiers.

In 2006 I began studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and currently hold a purple belt (3 stripes) from Boston Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Roberto Maia.

I consider myself a student of the sport, and in my search for information, particularly on leg locks, I stumbled on Riley Bodycomb's videos on Lockflow. I have been a member ever since.
